I have sensitive skin, will it be okay for me to use Celladix?

Yes, Celladix is safe to use. It is proven to be hypoallergenic in skin irritation tests. However, it may vary between the different skin types and conditions. We recommend using it daily after a certain period of adjustment and stopping usage according to your skin condition.

Where are the products made?

All of our products are manufactured in South Korea to guarantee high quality and performance.

Are there expiration dates for the products?

The expiration date is written on each product so please check before use.

How long does it take to actually work?

Celladix has been tested to give results in 4 weeks in the acne skin through clinic tests on acne skin suitability, improving skin barrier, pore, and sebum. (Individual differences may exist from various skin types/conditions.)

Order

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, delivery will take 7-15 business days.

I need to change or cancel something on myorder. How can I do that?

We apologize that we cannot make any changes to your order at this time. Please email support@celladix.us explaining your situation and we will do our best to address your concerns.

My order status says"Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please Contact Us within 7 days from receiving your order. Any brand-new unused product can be returned for a full refund. Please contact Customer Support with your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

No, we do not cover return fees and other miscellaneous fees.

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please Contact Us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related information upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
